Internal Rotation Exercise
Internal rotation exercises are beneficial for golfers because they improve hip mobility, stability, and power in the swing. A proper golf swing requires efficient internal rotation of the trail hip (right hip for right-handed golfers) during the backswing and the lead hip (left hip for right-handed golfers) during the downswing. Strengthening these muscles enhances rotational force, prevents injuries, and promotes better weight transfer, leading to a more powerful and consistent swing.
